Princess Jasmine Inspired Look

So... I was bored and decided to play with my make up. I was trying different colors out and nothing was looking too awesome. I thought to myself that when i actually have an inspiration my looks come out better for the most part. So i googled cartoon characters and didnt see anything. I then thought well i have been doing some disney looks, how about another princess. I had some teal colors out and thought well i could do jasmine. I always liked her colors.

I remember when xsparkage did some princess looks, i even remember she was one of my favorites she did. Its what made me visit thebodyneeds website for the first time in years when i rediscovered the video earlier this year. I had to get mac teal, and decided to visit my favorite website for mac samples.

*Philosophy Color of Grace Shimmer Face Powder(for shine)

*Josie Maran Lipstain in Fox Trot (July Glam Bag)

*MYGLAM Glam Gloss Shade 02(AUG Glam Bag)

*First I used NYX HD Primer

*NYX Milk from lashline to brow

*Applied MAC Teal to crease.

*Then I applied TBN Turquoise to lid.

*Lined shaping the eye with MAC Grape.

*Applied a little more MAC Teal to crease.

*Applied TBN Blanc for highlight.

*Applied Salty Glamazoid! over Blanc.

*Lined eyes with ELF Studio Liner

*Mascara

*Filled in Brows with UD Jabberwocky

*Then went over with TBN Blackened Turquoise

*Then finally with TBN Blackened Violet

The Body Needs Sea Water Eye Look

So yesterday i was trying out some of my new colors. I found that the greens i got were reminding me of the ocean, mermaids, the beach.. So i decided to try them out together. This is more of a soft/neutral look. It reminds me of sea water i have seen in my liftime. I think its more the sea in a cooler temperature then in the summer.

Items Used:

*TBN Springtime

*TBN Silver Ocean

*TBN Turquoise

*TBN Blonde Ambition

*Essence Metal Glam Eyeliner in Lazy Beach

*NYX Crystal Liner in Crystal Jade

*Maybelline One by One Mascara

*NYX Milk

*I started with NYX HD Shadow Base Primer

*Next i applied a little milk to lid and smoothed out into crease.

*I applied TBN Springtime to the inner corner.

*Next TBN Silver Ocean to the middle of lid.

*TBN Turquoise to the outer corner.

*Blended.

*Next i applied springtime to inner half of the lower lashline and Turquoise to the outer half.

*Then I applied TBN Blonde Ambition to the crease.

*Blended.

*Then i lined my whole eye with Essense Lazy Beach.

*Went over Lazy Beach with NYX Crystal Jade.

*Applied Mascara

When i got home from work i decided to redo the look just this time i used Limecrime Goldfish, but it was too yellow.

The Body Needs Haul Part 2 (Mineral Shadows) - Pic Heavy

Reference for some of The Body Needs Mineral Shadows. These are all close out colors with the exception of Aztec Yellow. I bought the rest from the clearance section during the last sale. I dont have very many shadows but i figured for 50 cents each i could buy some to try them out. The regularly price shadows run for $1.99 for 5g jar and $3.79 for a 10g jar. All the jars i got are 5g.

Aztec Yellow - Dandelion Yellow Matte (Deep Yellow Matte)

Blonde Ambition -  Golden Mustard Yellow (Light Yellow Gold with Silver & Gold Sparkle)

Bluebell - Robins Egg Blue (Pale Blue with Silver Pearl)

Chaos - Matte Red Orange (Burnt Orange Matte)

Mauve Madness - Dark Plum Purple (Deep Violet/Pink Frost)

Periwinkle - Pale Powder Blue (Soft Violet Blue with Pearl)

Sage Matte - Dark Green Matte (Sage Green Matte)

Silver Ocean -  Dark Ocean Teal with sparkle(Soft Teal with Pearl)

Springtime - Pale Mint Green with Sheen (Silvered Pale Green)

Tiffany Silver - Sparkly Dark Silver (Shimmering Silver with a Black Undertone)

Turquoise - Tiffany Blue Aqua  (Soft Blue Green Pearl)
